Associate Professor Dr. Rae de Lisle is a world expert on Focal Dystonia, a serious neurological disease that can be career-ending for a musician. Famous musicians who have suffered from this disease include Robert Schumann, Gary Graffman, Leon Fleisher and New Zealand’s own Michael Houstoun.
